It is a website that allows you to save your bookmarks on the web so that you can access them from any computer. You can organize them with descriptions unlike the current local bookmark features and you can see what pages are popular and go to other users' bookmark page (so beware...it's public). You can also tag your own bookmarks and search other's saved bookmarks by tag. Neat!
