Ok I admit it, I am Obsessed with this Mohair

I tried something different. I did not want to lose the incredible luster of this mohair so I didn't want to card it the usual way. If I had a comb setup I would have done that, but because I don't, I compromised. I carded it and then rather than roll it off into a rolag so that I would be spinning perpendicular to direction of the fibers in the roalag, I pulled the carded batt off and laid it folded it over itself so the fibers stayed parallel and I will spin it lengthwise as if it was combed. It may be slow going as the pieces will be 5 or 6 inches each but I want to play with this idea and see how it comes out. Clear as mud? Stay tuned.........
