Something Knit

Finally some more knitting/spinning. A hat for my nephew in Rhode Island. Not a great pic but you get the gist. It's a cute pattern and it's all from my homespun. If I remember correctly the orange is Clun Forest and the blues are Corriedale. I still have to whip stitich the bottom. Of course I have to figure out how to do a whip stitch which might explain why it isn't done yet. The question is, does it need a bobble at the top? Some say yes, the pattern doesn't call for it.
