The Last Lamb, Tulane, is Born

This last birth, from my moorit mamma, has not been without incident. To make a long story short, her mother didn't want her. I was not going to bottle feed....no way...so we made it happen. Mum is feeding him now. Anyway here he is. Can you figure out why Tom named him Tulane?
