Pet Peeve "Your vs you're"

Ok I got my umpteenth email misusing "your" and you're. Don't people have an education in this country? Most of the time it's collge grads doing it too! You're is the contraction for You Are folks. The apostrophe is there for the "a". OKAY! "Your" is the possessive for something that is yours, that you own. OKAY OKAY OKAY??????????????!!!!!
