The Flat Market

Did real estate in Central New York take a hit like most of the other areas in the country this past year? It doesn’t appear so. The areas where the house prices were grossly inflated felt the pain much more than residents in this area. And for us that’s a good thing. Good because we have this house here and we bought the cabin right when the market was flat or losing value.
