I played around with Needle felting awhile ago and I recently came across my one and only project. I think it's kind of comical, the way it turned out. All I wanted to do was some kind of random face and it turned out looking like an ewok! I used Clun Forest wool for the base to stab the needle against (I don't know the correct terms, feel free to correct me) and the gray face is from Bramble's Corriedale wool, which felted under the needle nicely. The hair, such as it is, is from Morton, one of my goats. I think I need to find a basic needle felting book and have another go at it. You can just barely make out "her?" lips and she does have poochy cheeks, doesn't she?
