I've finally started spinning again!
It's probably good therapy for my healed broken ankle too altho' this changing weather is making it ache a little. My own in-body barometer so to speak. So I am going to fly through this very dark brown stuff, and then all I have left is the pile in the basket which consists of some lovely white Corriedale roving, and the stuff on top, which needs to carded or combed, also Corriedale. I haven't decided yet which or if I will blend it. The other pile is raw wool and some mohair yet to be washed. Notice how even tho' the mohair is not yet washed, it still shines?
With any luck, this stuff will be cleared out of here in time for April shearing!
