Amazing Squirrel Photo

I saw this photo while surfing last night and just had to share it. Isn't it amazing? Squirrels and I have a stormy past though. Bird seed is expensive (is anything not nowadays)and when I hang out the feeders in the winter, who do you think comes to call? They are very clever and always manage to evade any contraption I have set up to keep the bird seed available to the birds and not the squirrels. If anyone knows of a squirrel proof feeder that really works, please point me in that direction.

By the way, we have black squirrels in Syracuse. They don't live south enough to be native to this county but they are quite common a little further north and are really very pretty.
