I remember when our kids were little they would write letters to Santa and we would write one back from him. It was so cute watching the kid's reactions. You can get really authentic nowadays with Letters From Santa which is a site that personalizes the letter, embosses it and even has a Santa postmark on the envelope. Of course one might argue that Santa doesn't need a postmark!
