The Kids Grow Up

Now that one child is going to be driving soon, I think back to my early driving days and some not so early days when I was living a tad recklessly and had the best radar detector installed in my sports car to thwart the cops. I am hoping that those aspects of my personality were not transferred to my offspring! I guess, all too soon, I will find out! Wouldn't it be nice if we could just keep our kids in a small box like this

so they never grow up? Well not really, but sometimes I wish they wouldn't grow up so fast.
