Promotion of Democracy is Job One

So John Negroponte, the intelligence czar, has the promotion of democracy as a top priority. This is BEHIND preventing future 9/11's and such. Just one more reason why I think that the country is heading in the wrong direction.

He will have a lot to answer for this week in Congressional hearings....as apparently he hasn't been doing a very good job.
