Cats in New Haven

We drove to my parents' in CT Saturday. The musical "Cats" was playing at the Shubert Theater in New Haven and my parents live close by. The boys got a chance to see some of Yale too. My mother thought it would be a good idea for Daniel to see the play since he has a leading role in the school production at the end of the month. It was wonderful. probably the best show I've seen yet. The set was beautiful, the music was great and the cast was excellent.

In fiber news, I actually did some knitting on the drive back. I had never done that before. I was tired so i didn't do much but I got a few inches of the last piece of the vest done. I plan on spinning some of my very dark, finer, brown roving today.
