Things are Booming

Well things are booming with Arizona real estate but not so in this neck of the woods. I was reading the Sunday paper and couldn't help but notice the home prices in the real estate section. They are definitely stagnant but I guess we should be happy that they are not spiraling downward. There is talk of that happening though, but what I read and hear is those areas that really experienced a boom will be the areas hardest hit by any potential recession in the housing market. Let's hope what I've been reading and hearing is right.
