Rambling

Whoever said the later years in life were golden years was dreaming! I am still in my forties but I definitely feel and see the decline setting in from holding reading material further and further away from my eyes to the creeping middle aged spread. I am no candidate for hydroxycut but it still takes some getting used to. Stiff muscles after work, sometimes after no work! Ugh.
