Natural Treatments

My kids are at that age where they and their friends are prone to acne and so we are always on the lookout for an acne treatment that works. I wrote about one natural remedy over at The Other Side of New York but we can't always find that particular one. Does anyone have any suggestions? We prefer less chemicals and more natural formulations.
