I am tooting my horn today. On Sunday my Digital Photo Keychain Contest post on my other blog Today's Gizmos, was on page one for a search of "digital photo keychains" on Google, out of over 600,000 pages! Maybe I am finally getting this SEO (search engine optimization) thing after all these months of reading about it and can quit my day job. Haha.
But this post is not about SEO, it's about sharing a recipe that I got from my mother-in-law and it is excellent! Apart from a small modification this is her recipe:
6 slices of dried beef washed and torn into pieces
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz sour cream
Seasoned breadcrumbs
6 -8 slices of bacon fried until pliable and brown
Pam the bottom of a 9 x 13 glass pan. Place beef pieces in pan. Wrap chicken breasts with bacon slices. Place on dried beef. In a bowl, combine soup and sour cream. Pour over top of chicken. Sprinkle bread crumbs over the whole thing. Bake at 275 for about two hours.
Work out at gym afterwards to work off sour cream and bacon fat!
