I love this song. It's by Amy Winehouse and it's called "Rehab". I guess Amy had some addiction problems and spent some time in various institutions including possibly a drug rehab. This song is impossible to listen to without wanting to dance. Don't you just love those saxophones? It's got a great beat and the video is her performance at the Grammys.
