Actually the goats had escaped when I was moving them out to the barnyard to spend the day with Brimble and a lamb so I figured, ah what the heck....I will be a shepherd for the morning and have some free range animals. It will buy me another week before I have to mow that section and it was a lovely day. All I needed to complete the scene was my shepherd's crook. Yes we DO have one!
