Oh boy here we are again...Friday and I have nothing to show of current projects unless you want to be bored by the few inches more I knit of the baby pullover. No? I didn't think so. So here is something I did awhile ago for my youngest son. It was my first attempt at a toy. It looks kind of....well....not really like a sheep.
It was knit using all garter stitch from my Clun Forest wool, that I had commercially cleaned and made into roving. Then I spun it and made a two-ply yarn. The stuffing is just unspun washed wool that I carded into a soft mini-batt.Now this is cute! I found this photo while surfing around the net last night. They really do look alike.
